How to upgrade or downgrade plan?

  4. Remaining time of original plan will be prorated

Downgrade Plan

  • Need to wait for current plan to expire
  • Can purchase lower-tier plan after expiration
  • Mid-term downgrade refunds not supported

How long is balance validity?
